Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to fall in love with our products and be happy with your shopping experience with us so we want to make exchanges and returns for a refund easy for you.

For all Australian customers please note you will need to contact us via our email address voodoo_lulu@yahoo.com.au describing what and why you are returning for an exchange or a refund. You will need to quote purchase date and your name. You will need to send back to us within 7 days. We then allow anything up to 7 days after that for postage so a total of 14 days to get to us. We cannot consider exchanges or returns after this 14 day period so please return asap.

Exceptions are lingerie and swimwear which goes against health laws to return so please choose these items carefully and follow all sizing guidelines

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Please also ensure:

✔️ Product tags are attached within the original packaging

✔️ The product is unworn & unwashed

– If your items are returned later than the stated criteria, your return will not be accepted.

*Non-Returnable Items
The following products are non-returnable:
✕ Swimsuits
✕ Swim bottoms

✕ Face masks

X All hand made art such as furniture ,headwear, and one of a kind homewears

We advise to try on shoes indoors until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box.

REFUNDS

✔️ Once we’ve received and reviewed your return, we’ll notify you by email to confirm that your refund has been processed.
✔️ We aim to process your refund asap – mostly within 48 hours of receipt. However, this can take up to 5 working days during busier periods. Thanks for your patience!

The customer is liable for the cost of return shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

FAULTY ITEMS

In the rare occurrence an item is incorrect or faulty, please email us with:
– Your full name
– Order number
– Quick description of what’s happened.
We’ll get it resolved for you asap!
